Photo Montages

Are you looking for a unique gift for your parent's or grandparent's anniversary, a birthday, a class reunion, or for any special occasion? Perhaps you are planning to get married and would like a special montage for your bridal shower, the rehearsal, or even your wedding day. If so, let us create a photo montage using your old and new pictures, complete with transitions, titling, and music.

Our prices are $1.50 per picture with a 60-picture minimum or $90. All montages are created on DVD and come in a customized, full-size DVD Case.

There are no maximum picture amounts, so you may add as many to the minimum as you'd like for an extra $1.50 per photo.

All pictures must be loose. They should be removed from frames, albums, etc. Pictures cannot be scanned out of a book or magazine. They also cannot be printed from a computer printer due to very low quality. However, digital pictures are accepted on CD as long as they are saved as a .JPEG and are numbered.

Acceptable pictures sizes are from 2x3 to 8x10.

Music also plays an important part of your montage. Just tell us your selected artist's names and the music CD selections you would like to hear while viewing the pictures, and we'll add them to your video.

Below are directions for getting started once you have booked our services...

In order to complete your video in a timely matter, we request that you follow these important guidelines:

1. Begin by collecting all of your pictures that you would like to use.

• Again, make sure they have been removed from frames and albums and are loose. The pictures will look as good or as bad as they are submitted. We cannot make pictures appear better than they actually are.
• Pictures cannot be scanned out of a yearbook or thru a photo album or frame.
• Do not print your pictures on a computer printer then give them to us. If you have digital pictures you would like to use, simply burn your picture(s) from the computer to a CD as a .JPEG file. Make sure the resolution is not greater than 400dpi.
• Do not submit photos that were copied from a copy machine.
• Remember, pictures cannot be smaller than, 2x3 or larger than 8x10.

2. After all of your pictures have been collected and organized, place a post-it note on the back of each picture. Then, using a pencil, number your photos in the order you would like to see them on the video.

• We cannot put your pictures in chronological order for you.

3. Next, you will need to decide what music you would like to use.

You are welcome to view and use our large, music list we have for your video, or you may already know what you prefer to use.

For approximately every 20 pictures you will need one, (1), three to four minute piece of music. So you will need to select 3 songs for a 60-picture montage. Make a list of each artist's name and their song. If you are having difficulty choosing the right music, another good source is iTunes. You can preview 30 seconds of the music there.

4. Finally, you are welcome to submit a title and a closing which will be used for the video and the case design.

Examples are: "Grandma Smith's 90th Birthday" or Ray & Linda's 50th Wedding Anniversary" or "Thru the Years".

Pictures will be returned when the project has been completed.

Normal turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, although the wait could be longer in our busy summer and fall months.
